Mike Thomson, an American invented a lamp that has been designed to function on human blood. He has made this on purpose to educate people on the importance of the energy which is required to have light. Mike designed a lamp made in a glass and kept some chemicals in it. 

When a human breaks the head of the glass lamp by using the finger, it damages the skin and the bleeding blood will go into the glass where it mixes with chemicals. It creates chemical reaction and the lamp will start to give light in blue flame. This can be done only once.

When human had excess bleeding, it causes risk to the life. Mike’s argument is also similar to the concept of blood. He is trying to say that electricity is also very important and people should treat it like their blood without wasting it.
