Ready to cook for the environmentally friendly cooking, the stove uses nothing other than sunlight in the form of fuel, so that you can cook different types of foods, while the sun is watching from the sky. Problem is, you will not be able to cook during the night or in bad weather, so it will be best for a backup scheme (such as your pack or a small survival stove) in tow.

GoSun sport portable solar cooker look strange from other cooking equipment in the market. Measuring 2 feet in long with 2.25 inches diameter, it is in the shape of a tube which doesn’t look like a regular portable stove. To use, just keep your food in the cylinder shaped tube inside the cooking room, open the lid wide, and tilt it towards the sun, it uses a mirror arranged in a parabolic design. So that it can effectively heat the cooking tube with 80 to 90 percent of the sunlight it catches, which makes it cooked the food inside. Foods up to three pounds can be cooked at a time, which should be enough for four persons to eat.
In its full glory while the sun shines, Gosun can warm the batch of hot dog in 10 minutes, make fried eggs in about 20, and cook a couple of pork meat in an hour. It can also be used for cooking, baking, frying, roasting and boiling, to create an ultra-versatile cooking device.
